the tab key is actually bound to +remote_view by default, this is how keybinds work, they automatically execute -remote_view when you stop pressing the button, source works this way BUT there's a workaround/bug: if you bind +remote_view;+remote_view it will stay permanently on until you type -remote_view

I'm not trying to block teamate.
It's that button you press at the start of the map.
You press it and you can see your teamate's view(like holding "tab")
I just want to know how to keep it there without hold "tab"
So you want that your teammate/opponent can't see your view?
Or do you just want it enabled permanently?
There is a simple console command to enable/disable "remote view" ("+remote_view" respectively "-remote_view").
But I don't think that you can disable this command.
