@ Sir Direwolf - There's alot of things I need to fix or update for some of my ships so Valhalla is happening first then the other 2. And thanks of course you can use the VLS, go for it :)
There is jus one tiny issue: the vls doesn't seem to work properly. whenever you launch a missile, the missile won't fly in a straight pass, but make a turm and crash into the inside of the tube. Do you have any ideas how to solve it?
By the way: Could I use your VLS for one of my builds? I totally suck at creating weapons which are that complex...
Greets, Direwolf
@ thekoya - Cheers! And yes absolutely plan on updating it, right after I finish with the Valhalla.
I consider those 3 ships the BEST SHIPS IN WORKSHOP I EVER SAW, and i have seen them A LOT!!! Awesome design, fearsome firepower, and then, i UPGRADED them with mods:
-8 in 1 large ship gyro
-MWI battleship cannons mk 1, 2 and 3
-Hyperthrusters (same look as the large thruster, more power)
and every interior mod from EctoSage such as cryopods or beds i could find to get EVEN MORE AWESOME SHIPS.
P.S.: i also put an overpowered Mass Driver, so they can tear you apart in 27 seconds(record)
@ noksookao - Yes the world will appear in the workshop tab where you can "copy and load" and then save it as your own world to play with.
@ KillerDiamond - At the moment it's kinda hard, I hope to make a newer version with a much easier system to manage and completely reload as well.
@Andywuhu - They should be up now mate thanks for reminding me :)
@[TacS-1] CaptainVisual - the button sets off a timer block which holds all the triggers for the sound blocks to go off. Thanks
@Andywuhu - I will sort out blueprints soon if i can, alot of grid spaces clash so I will see what I can do.
@ztyL - The doors on the Vintersol are a bit buggy too, that just seems to be how rotors and pistons have been for a while now. I really hope they fix them. Cheers!
I've been working on hangar doors similar to the ones in this build, but i can NOT get them to work (unless blowing up and leave the door floating in space is the way forward) :) Can you spare any tips on your doors? :)
Wow, and that's all vanilla too! Any hints on how to avoid making large ships look kinda boxy? Small ships are generally more my thing for that reason. http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/profiles/76561198082280963/myworkshopfiles/?appid=244850&p=1
Also, small to large blocks? How? I know large to small was a thing but not the other way round? I'll have to look into that...
@ andyzeke - thanks buddy, and yeah I'll have a look at your work and check it out. Those new armor blocks look good to so maybe we can jump in a server and try them out. Cheers :)
@ ~S9~ Maddog Goldman - That sounds awesome man, I just based mine off of another authors missile design. But it's the smallest and most effective shape anyway.
