I already know how to find a leak :P
Simply using mat_leafvis 3 to see how the VIS engine saw visibility in blocks, it takes any brushes into account unless set to a func_detail. I can tell there is a leak due to how noclipping outside the map looks, you can walk outside on top of the map in a leaked map, in a map that's completely sealed that's impossible to do. Go into the VMF file of your map and open the pointfile under the maps tab, you'll see a red line showing how it leaks.
I do apologise about the lighting, I was judging on very early versions of your map.
How would you know nothing is func_detail? I feel that my map doesn't contain a leak, and barely needs any improvements on the lights.
