@Revenans If you wanna post your own update go ahead, at this stage I'm probably never gonna do it myself so consider this open permission to reuse my mod (just remember to credit the original please!). Cool that y'all still like it enough to care.

Hey, I went and updated the sprite sheets so that I could personally use this mod with the DLC installed. If you'd want me to send you the files or release them as a stand-alone workshop item just let me know.

In Amplified, you can change starting inventories. I'm using this mechanic combined with changing item slots to the charm slot to make a ninja who has the ring of shadows effect constantly.

Hi! I'm making a character mod using your male Cadence sprites as the base for the head. Can I have permission to publish it, or do you want your art to stay with you? The focus of the mod is the character's mechanics, and the sprites are edited, mostly in color. If you want to see the sprites, I have them made and would gladly show you.

boooo I can't rate it. So I'll just rate here 10 stars! They're just as good as the original that I wouldn't have known they were custom made, but I love their character designs even more!

Downloaded this Mod and played it for a bit and noticed that for Male Cadence some of the Female Cadence voice effects are still present (e.g. while attacking a barrel, one of her voice files was played, though most were of Male Cadence. Also, noticed one whilst slipping across a tile of Ice). Other than that, fantastic Mod, would love to see more.

Argh, thanks for mentioning the missing audio, I'll have to go through and check it all. Pretty slim odds of me doing the whole cast, but I have a concept for Dove that I've been meaning to have a go at.

I kind of hope he swaps other character's genders too. Also, a few of the sound files (I've only noticed with Candace) are still the original voice. Just saying :P

Are you looking in your equivalent of C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Crypt of the NecroDancer\mods
Still all shows up there for me but it's possible the game updated how it stores mods, I'm a bit out of touch. If that's the case I'll update.

I saw you mention below that you can edit this mod in the mod menu located in the game's root. However, the mod doesn't show up in that folder for me. The mod DOES show up in game though and works. Do you know where else the mod might be in the folders? Would love to just have female bard

So glad you like my bard! You can simply turn the mod off through the menu to get Cadence back, but to edit the mod: Browse to your necrodancer game folder and find the mod in the "Mods" subfolder, then simply delete any files you don't wish to use.

Now that's a kickass male version of Cadence. The 'Rambo' feel fits her original personality:
