and to top it off, I hate to be rude and all, but it is an Imperial Dragon crest, while widely used to advertise Skyrim (thus making it the most recognisable image from Skyrim, thus more copyright issues) it is not actually one of the symbols used to affiliate with the Dragon born, but instead the Imperial Legion. Always know your product ;)

It also doesn't follow the guideline for decals

I'm sure there are a lot of people who would want this. But this can't be implemented. Copyright infringements and whatnot.
