I tried the 3 things you typed, but 2 of them didn't give shininess to Modern Metal Sonic (Generations) model, and the $color command simply overlapped the model's colors
$envmaptint "[2 2 2]"
will make it 2x brighter
(a Reflective Chrome room for instance.)
pls help me solve it
@The Soak Seal: The rimlight is a material effect caused by using a cubemap with a fresnel term in the vmt. For the demo I used "whitecube.vtf"
I have a question, which one of these cubemaps have the rimlight effect?
