I hate this mod, make it so that I don't lose EVERYTHING and just die if I ever come back, that's so freaking dumb how I would just lost character unique items such as lucy, AND have no way of getting her back... at the very least make it so that you keep 10 grass and 10 twigs and 5 flint and any character unique items so that you won't just die INSTANTLY when you leave.

It doesn't drop all items in the inventory. use the recent mod guys.

I dropped my stuff as the host. I was in the beta branch, so I don't know if this applies to the main version or not.

is it possible to make it so that when leaving you have a choice to drop stuffs so that players who plan to return later dont find all their food as rot and equipment stolen

When a wortox leaves the server he also drop all the souls he has and this is a quite troublesome

can you make it so it shows on the map where the disconnected player's skeleton is? I can't find the dropped items if I don't know where they were when they left

For your info, empty inventory is OKAY. it works as well as this does, but I can't get the whitelist comands to work, so couldn't tell you if that helps

If the host disconects before the other players, the players don't seem to drop their stuff

@Psychadelic, @XirmiX, @Dracuras : There is another mod similar to this called 'Empty Inventory' that has a whitelist feature so you can whitelist people whos stuff doesnt have to drop. No rating on it though, havent tested it.

Just a suggestion, could you make an option that you can assign trustworthy people as such that when you have assigned someone their stuff won't drop. Like Dracuras said, it is great for random people, but people that you have come to known and love should deserve better. Thanks.

Agreed with Darquel. It is annoying when people grief and them dropping stuff on the ground from being banned or kicked would be very useful. But what else is annoying is that your friends drop stuff upon exiting, which is not great if they'll come back and their stuff is gone. So, please?

Could you make a second mod with the kick/drop item functionality? That would be very helpful for hosts against griefers.

No character specific item dropping? It can be done. I'm not too sure about the later one, I'd have to test if it's possible. And make a whole new mod for it.

It's possible, and quite easy actually (the thing that handles player kicking is a component called voting), but I won't implement it. Because I want to keep this mod one line only.

Is it possible to make it so that only kicked players drop their stuff? That's would be extremely useful. I doubt you know too much though.

i see a problem with character specific items as if a normal player (not a griefer) would leave or disconnect on a random place due to connection failure/they have to pee irl they would respawn in the same place without their stuff and those items would be stolen from them. thinking about willow's lighter or abigail's flower for example. and also, it would be nice if it could be used by single players individually instead of server hosts, like upon leaving a game a window could appear saying "leave all your stuff on the floor?" YES/NO. Or there could just be a button near inventory "empty all" (but in a way it won't be easy to missclick)... Sometimes i gotta disconnect quickly but i have no time to empty my inventory one item at a time and i'd like to leave my stuff to help even if the mod is not active in the server i'm using.

Really really usefull mod ! I can't imagine host an open server without that mod now ! It's incredibly crazy to see how many things a 1 day player can drop. Only one reproach : admin players (exept the host) on the serv drop their stuff too.

This would be very useful in Insane's servers, as when he's afk there can come up some morons who take a lot of useful stuff that's needed for survival (e.g. food, warm clothing) and then even when kicked/banned you don't get the loot. Great job! I'll recommend this to people who experience problems with saboteurs :)

can you set the max number of charcter specific items to the max number of players allowed?

I think its for servers and when people leave the server they will drop all of their items when leaving the game instead of taking most goods away from people who are still playing
