bruh do i have to subscribe to this mod if the description said

you have to press the actual apply changes button on the mod list for the changes to actually apply

i feel insane, i'm 99% sure this literally does not work, as restarting the game to "apply changes" causes all the mods to re-activate??? am i going nuts
