Steam Workshop is very complicated, it requires unnessecary files to be in the mod, although they are already in the base game and don´t need to be doubled....

If you want to know if it works with other sound or weather Mods, i only can say that this mod is made based on the Aero/Rain-Noise, so with using other Sound/Weather-Mods put this HVAC-Soundmod always on TOP of your Mod Manager to make sure it will override the soundsettings of the other mods
