No, I won't be making another version since (again) it's not follow-up to enhanced/improved common infected series.
For L4D2 common infected, yes it's compatible
But for L4D1, no since this replaced these models including uncommon

For common/uncommon infected, generally most of the modders (including myself) have already done most of the models. The only left is urban infected for l4d1
You gotta be more specific about it
