Sorry to hear that, there's a lot going on in this mod so make sure you have no conflicting addons (tank music,concert songs, posters,etc), also it's possible that some servers require consistency and so addons can be disabled server side.

It doesnt work for me. I downloaded almost 50 addons last nite and out of all of them, this was the one i was looking the most forward to :(
