I've been playing with this add-on enabled for an hour and haven't had any errors.
There may be a conflict with the add-on.

Not sure if it's just me but this mod sometimes tries to play the sound "physics\body\body_medium_break1.wav" which doesn't exist

It seems that it is actually quite difficult to break a bone when it is not in a ragdoll state.
