Just to make sure there are no compatches for just singular mods?

This is probably because of the replaced 00_holdings.txt

For now, if this is the only issue with Levacy of Valyria. You can delete "holdings" folder from the Super Compatch and disable County Temperaments

The only thing I noticed with "Legacy of Valyria" after some testing is that when you restore a ruin, the volcanic mine disappears, you also can't build special buildings for specific counties. In Lokiria for example you can't build the "Barracks of Lokiria". However if you just run the "Chat GPT Flavor Pack" without the other mods and the super compatch it works like normal.
