Thanks for the heads up. I checked my files and it seems I already fixed it to "nomad_government" in my local version but forgot to update the public mod with it. It should work properly now.
The decision to switch to a nomadic government is not working. I checked and found that all the code related to the nomadic government in the file is "nomadic_government." Changing all occurrences of "nomadic_government" to "nomad_government" will fix it. Please fix the bug.
