Hi Sericaer, no, it does not, as I think it is difficult to imagine how an adventurer would have enough sway to convince 'the world' that his word is weighty enough to change the way they think about someone's social class. That said, if you have ideas (ideally tied to historical precedent but not necessarily so) of under what circumstances an adventurer might have the clout to declare someone ennobled, I am keen to hear and would be willing to try to implement if I think its a worthy mechanic.

I am looking at incorporating this feature into the soon-to-be-released lowborn rise expanded. Thinking battlefield ennoblement for knights, highly skilled courtiers with positions and mutual opinion, that sort of thing. Perhaps some consequences for too-frequent ennoblement. Could have some modifiers around arrogant rulers less likely to do it, etc.
