I tried my best to get it as spectral as possible against most backgrounds withit it being see through. However I never will dictate how you use it, all i ask is credit for the model. Use it for whatever

It doesn't feel very spectral. It looks just like a regular character to me. Sorry, but the name is pretty misleading. :P However, I feel like this would make a perfect elven warrior, or something of the like. I just personally would not use it as you had intended.
