I wasn't able to find the tech in the tree, but using the debug console worked. If you input "research deus_vult_mil" into the console it unlocks the casus belli.

Thanks for making this mod, it's really essential. I think it doesn't actually work though because the prerequisite tech for the dip and mil Deus Vult techs is still "Church Attendance Duty" which is unlocked by Admin focus in Age 2.

Do you have any suggestion for how we can fix this ourselves or is there maybe a patch coming?
