I personally find it surprisingly balanced. Because there isn't an answer for a Special camping the downed survivor.
Also, it's very nice to keep gameplay consistency :D

Come to think of it... Do we have a workshop item where a downed survivor just uses an adrenaline to lift themselves up without the help of a fellow survivor?
