This mod affects all gear that the Thorough Maintenance perk affects, which is basically every type of gear.

Is it meant to apply only to armor gear pieces as in plate and such?

It was degrading slower than usual but it was still loosing durability when I was taking damage. The only other mod that I have that affects durability is the one that makes repair kits last longer.

Yes I have all perks, and it is the base layer torso the shirt if you will.

Which torso ? I've been playing and no damage to my gear has been done. You need the Thorough Maintenance perk for this mod to work.

Hi I am not sure if its working as intended but I have noticed that the torso part of gear still degrades in durability, seems to be the only part degrading for me, is this a bug?

You could also add a mod where when you press a key in photo mode you teleport to that location
