found the issue, some stuff is blocked in multiplayer
sv_cheats 1 should solve it all (and no, it does not let other players use cheats)

how do you make it work fully in multiplayer?

had all the extensions enabled, i put the command in console. was the owner of said multiplayer world.

it works fine on single-player but on multiplayer it just does not fully work. it does not block any of the damage types and also does not slow the walk down.

Yo, just a suggestion. idk if u can or not, but you should make it so you can return the power armor to the little holding thing and upon doing so, it will repair the armor. that way i dont need to spawn a new one every time a part breaks

amazing mod!
two small problems
1. the back vent is misplaced when spawned in, dunno why
2. when the power armour is spawned in, the ragdoll itself is... acting strange, to say the least, and i have to use stand pose tool to make it look not goofy
