I am playing as Milan and this is not working for anything. I have not gotten a single notification for nobles, and the ones showing up for my crown family does not work. It just says they are marrying "character" and nothing happens.

If I select not to see the marriages happen, how do i bring that back? I'm starting to find people not getting married and I'm suddenly worried that the mod isnt working due to updates or whatever.

Why only nobles? I need my burghers to marry so bad

Great mod, however, the pop-ups [Character] Awaits His Match is far too disruptive. If a player doesn't want to marry that character off yet, we should have a second event option to ignore a repeat of the event for that character.

Please add an option to ignore certain characters. I have had the same pop up about the same guy like 12 times.

Just posted a small update, altering the way that the royal marriage reminders are scoped. Hopefully this will stop repeated reminders that some people have been experiencing. let me know if they are still occuring. I'll be running a test game from my end for the next few days to see if I'm experiencing those issues too

@Nilserrich At this time, the mod only scopes through nobles who are already at your court. You could in theory, write an event that would generate female characters for Teutonic nobles to marry, and potentially even force a marriage by event, but I'm not sure how that would interact with the other mechanics - Teutonic rulers and most cabinet characters are classed as members of the clergy estate, which cannot marry as part of catholicisim, and the theocracy government type also has its own rules about marriage. If the rules regarding government type and religion take precedence, it might just auto-cancel any marriage that gets arranged by event.

In short, could be possible, but the game might not allow it as teutonic characters are members of the clergy estate, not the nobles.

I am interested in a special case: I am currently playing the Teutonic Order. Normally, there are no women at this court. Can the nobles still be married? I cannot do this manually either. I am quite sure that historically, the nobles were not under monastic vows.

@feudal666 @Swirly Mango pick the second option for the marriage event, and then they will all happen in the background, with no pop-up event.

@Kascark the royal marriage reminders should only be happening for characters who can get one. I'll run some tests on my end to see if that isn't the case - if other members of the royal family are getting pulled for that event, I can tweak the criteria

@Luke @Time Hunter thanks for the feedback. the same character should not receive the royal marriage reminder more than once, so that might be a bug. I'll take a look into it.

How would I go about disabling the pause on pop up for this event? Love it and don't even mind the pop ups i just hate that it pauses so much.

This should only target members of the rulers direct family with notifications, after a certain point you have so many crown estate members that you get event spam every month

It works. The mod will not automarry straight away. It will wait until they turn 18 and then start looking for matches, if it doesn't find, it will create a pop up message telling you to do it yourself.

You need to exempt crown characters from this. My niece was unmarriable and because of this I was getting yelled at every month and had to disable the mod

Can you make this event every five years instead of monthly? I don't want the event spam, and I don't want to slow down my game by another check every month

Hi, thanks for making this mod! There is one thing I don't like though, sometimes I don't want my ruler to marry somebody as soon as adulthood. But if I don't, this mod pops up every month to remind me this (....has raised the issue with....that they are still yet to marry, and have expressed their worries over this seeming indecision). I'm not sure if this is by design or a bug. Maybe it has something to do with me having a female ruler?

You know, I got this mod because I was tired of popups. Now I'm just getting popups of "X awaits his/her match". Meanwhile I go to check the list of available suitors and there's at least a dozen available within age range.

What did you change, what was the cause? It was really odd, never seen that on the workshop before

I've done some poking about and pushed an update. I've been able to download the mod off the workshop onto my machine. Let me know if the issue persists!

Yes, downloading this mod causes an error. Other mods can be downloaded as long as this one is not subscribed to.

Perhaps there is an error in the mod's descriptor file? Or the upload is corrupted?

can you also make the low ability ones die automatically so that game won't get slower due to huge dynasties?

Same error as others. While subscribed to this mod, I can not download any other mod. Unsubscribing to this mod fixed it.

I also ran into the issue of other mdos not being able to download after i sunscribes to this one. Dunno if its a workshop error that causes it

I had it fire once but then it stopped and doesnt seem to fire anymore, I checked and I have characters that qualify. I should do more testing.

I'm also getting an "unknown error" when subscribing to this. In fact, it blocks every other mod from downloading to. Took a lot of trial and error to figure out unsubscribing from this fixes it. But it seems not everyone has this issue?
