lowkey just go into your gameplay settings and look for view and itll say over right/left shoulder, click that and itll let you switch to 3rd! also you can program a button to switch in game any time you want...like mine is the left tilt on my scroll wheel so at any time can switch shoulders or go into 1st person if situation calls for it!
