actually, that WAS the plan until i realized the coast maps take so long to compile and the lighting looked kinda bad, so i later dropped it

i'm still keeping the trainyard night skybox just to infuriate a few people though

If this mod is updated to cover the maps after ravenholm, it would be cool for highway 17 to be at early morning/sunrise, given the mod changes the train yard at the end of rvenholm to be at night.

lighting fixes and a few weapon models r fixed, some textures are higher res and some sounds were reverted to how they sounded in 2004
