The mod is made with english version in mind, so unfortunately I can't realy help

I open this mod only and I use Chinese,the English text on the left is blocking the button (the place where you can check and start the project)so I can"t start it :(

Thank you for enjoying the mod, but I am unfortunately busy at the moment, I might add a game rule to enable some projects for empires in the future though
