@Aaron The GUI scripting (at least what's documented on the wiki) makes it really hard to do conditional statements (like checking "is the hovered country the same as the selected country") so I tried to show all the possible info even if some of it is redundant, which also leaves some whitespace. Hopefully they add some more documentation on the wiki for GUI scripting in the future

You can change thumbnails with SteamChangePreview (google for it). Only way. Pretty easy to use.

Good and necessary mod.

There is a bug in Steam Workshop when it's impossible to set a thumbnail if the mod was initially published without one. You need to remove this mod and create a new one.

You can add a thumbnail by creating an image named thumbnail.png in the main folder of the mod, where main_menu, in_game and other folders are located.

Yup PUs appear to be working. I just noticed two minor inconsistencies, the first being I have a royal marriage with a tag but the tooltip says I have 0 relations with them however it does correctly show the royal marriage status with them. Second is various vassals and fiefdoms I have, the first tooltip shows the correct status, that of them being my subject but there is a second one that says "Relations between Castile and Castile (me), the overlord of Fez: This country has 0 diplomatic relations with us:". I also dont know if it is possible, but is there anyways to remove the extra whitespace/ extra lines when there are no relations?

I’ll try it out. According to another mod recently posted here, apparently you can’t and that is why they reuploaded it. Idk if it’s true though never dabbled with making workshop stuff

@Aaron I added Personal Unions, the game handles that data differently from other diplomatic relationships so let me know if it works for you

Absolutely god tier mod, the vanilla one is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ horrible. At first glance, it appears it is not showing relations for tags in a union, i.e portugal in a union with me as overlord. I am sure there are a few other minor cases like this and will let you know if I find any others.
