Have you thought about replacing some of the lighter browns in different ui's with darker shades too?

Right, so I have a bit of feedback. The contrast between the almost black background of the overlays and the high brightness of the map is too large, I feel like it's causing eye strain. I'd suggest making the black into that dark blue that you can see in the screenshots as the tabs background (for example the Pops tab).
It's got a better contrast ratio.

Another thing would be that you don't need backgrounds for the individual "rows" in the Pops tab. In fact it would look nice if those rows blended into the background.

@Thorgal de Kaer I'm planning on making something similar, but since this is my first time modding I wanted to make some smaller mods first to get accustomed to it lol, plus it'd be way more time consuming and there's no saying when Paradox will drastically change the UI in the next few updates

To add to the issue with the coloring of the text, I also saw that it also changes the Yellow/White text in events that you can hover over to get a tooltip and appear as normal text

Seems like the negative modifier was also affected in the change between brown to dark blue, although for some reason it didn't change on my end when I first adjusted it. I'll try to fix it soon since it's not intended

I agree with the other comment - the mod looks very good overall, but making the negative modifier/number dark blue is an odd choice.

Personally I feel like keeping the red colour for negative modifiers/numbers was better and maybe adding more transparency to the stuff pined in the outliner on the left (if possible) and it would be perfect.
