Damn good job! I especially like your take on Raven which gives them a real identity of their own other than being subpar Russians! Why limit them to a European theater of operation though with their camo? Wagner has been known to operate in Syria, Lybia, Mali and CAR if I am not mistaken. An arid/desert variant would be worth it imo.
Good take on Ion as well making them much more grounded with G36 and AR variants though IMO G36s are still too exotic I think AK And AR maybe FAL would be more realistic, but then again your mod your call.

I took that into account when making the ION loadouts. crewmen, UAV operators and other lighter infantry use the MP7 instead of the SPAR, and certain classes, like Team Leaders and Specialists use the G36 and AK-15 respectively. Indeed, it would be boring having everyone in ION using the SPAR, hence why I tried making sure there was enough variation in loadouts.

If anything, I feel like Raven is the one lacking in weapon variety, as they all use the AK-12 or a variant of it...

I like the base concept, makes it very Black Water vs. Wagner Group esct while keeping it in the ArmA universe.
But I didn't care for the XMS swap. The XM8 and by extension XMS was ION's identity gun, or in my view, how you recognized them. Though if you're trying to keep it realistic to PMCs it would make sense to have a few specialized guys or squad/team leaders have something different. A full swap though? Eh...

Very nice mod, only thing I don't like is the XMS swap. If ION doesn't use it then who?
