I think I fixed the issue. For some reason, Noita does not allow "false" to be a default setting value. If you used the mod for the first time, and never tried changing the shiny option, it would default you to "On" until you changed it.

That's strange, as when I test the public version myself I don't get that issue. What settings and other mods do you have enabled? I'll see if I can try to replicate the issue and fix it.

I seem to only get shiny Eevee and I'm not sure if that's because something on my end is wrong.
