I think the solution is to use the " Ploppable RICO Revisited " mod.
Options -> RICO Revisited -> Growable options -> Make all plopped growable historical.
Then you have to delete the station and plop it again.

Like normal industrial buildings when they level up

@ellis3246 you can use "Move It" to turn the parking lots any way you like, they don't need a road connection after they are placed.

@State of Kenfortucky I will look at it, not really sure

One quick suggestion too, Could you look into expanding the l-shaped parking-lot series to face backwards as opposed to how they currently are, i feel it would work well with the building spawn-points mod.
