@bill09xatz No it doesn't, use this one. The load order stays the same as described in the Tiny City description, but place my submod on top of Tiny City as it Needs to overwrite that one

so, the 12tpy dei submod doesn't work with the tiny cities???
Also what should be the load order of this with the tiny cities and dei?

Don't worry, it is intended to use with Tiny Cities, which was Made for Grand Campaign only. So what this mod does is make a 12 tpy version of Grand Campaign patched for Tiny Cities (the other 12 tpy mods aren't compatible with it)
