1. There seem to be errors running PSC at the moment, I'll try to get more info later today.
2. Current multiplayer compatibility is not guaranteed at all. This mod will follow PSC if MP is adapted there.

@SudoCerinthe, thanks for the clarification. My initial decision was to prevent a situation where the coolant circuit is broken (currently there is no mechanics of coolant leaking). But yeah, I guess it's fine for a water pump and a heater core to be installed independently while still being a hard requirement for the radiator.

quick bug report: the heater core shouldn't block access to the water pump on an engine.
the heater core is near to the inside of the dashboard. On most engines, the water pump is near the front of the engine.

I look forward to punishing myself (more), with this mod. I had the perfect workshop for this in 41, but this may push me to rebuild it for 42.

I've updated the way how dirt is applied (visual also), so the clothing can be washed immediately.
Later I'll try to figure out what to do with the accessories (maybe the wash menu extension)

@Sophia the reason why clothing doesn't appear in the washing list immediately is because my function missed synchronization - I can fix that. As for accessories - everything can be washed in the washing machine. Btw, is it impossible to get accessories dirty normally?

How can we clean jewelry, watches, and other accessories that can be stained with oil but don't have a wash menu? And for some reason, any clothing won't be able to be washed unless blood is added to the dirtyness.

@TurgidJuiceTree to some extent yes, but also you can't actually tell pretty much anything about the cylinder head condition from the outside (unless it's clearly broken in half). By removing the spark plugs you can use a bore scope or a small mirror to check the insides (like stuck, bent or broken valves, and how do they move when the engine is rotated by hand).

Regarding the versionMin and versionMax thing for Black Moon, this wouldn't do anything, those parameters don't do anything because mods are already B42 and B41 separated, the B42 mods do not use the mod structure of B41 and vice versa, and the mod.info files for one build don't work at all for the other and are not recognized, bcs not placed in the same folders (see the Mod structure wiki page)

Sadly the only thing he can do is to have users actually actively read his description and the version tags on the workshop page. Also since his mod is a Java rewrite, it's completely independent from the mod.info file

Regarding the mod.info stuff you were discussing about, I want to add some context to it as I'm the one who wrote that wiki page
Modders don't actively use the loadBefore and loadAfter stuff because they don't actually properly. The autosort for PZ is bugged currently and just ♥♥♥♥♥ up your entire mod list, removing mods for no reasons and most of the time not even properly sorting things at all

Тыб знал сколько я уговаривал Блек_Муна прописать в своём mod.info versionMin=42.00 и versionMax=42.99 чтобы люди на 41 билод перестали ставить его мод, и прибегать в дискорд спрашивать: Почему не работает!)))

Так а чего ты не пропишешь сам в mod.info порядок загрузки модов? Вы шо молодеж? Не вкурсе сие параметров в 42 билде?

loadModAfter= Загрузит этот мод, только ПОСЛЕ загрузки указанных (например: \theUnwantedMod,\theOtherOne)

loadModBefore= Загрузит данный мод ДО загрузки указанных (например: \theUnwantedMod,\theOtherOne)

I doubt it's easy to implement, but I think the last thing missing in mechanic now is fluid management, before repair or uninstalling/installing parts containing coolant, oil and ATF.

Hi @Black_moons thanks! Yes, I've seen that remark in your code (-- Hide pistons till cylinder head is removed? Replace with 'remove cylinder head' tip?) when I was working on it =) And well, even with this patch it still is not as hardcore as My Summer Car itself :bandit: Cheers!

Very Nice mod, this was a planned feature for Project summer car but I got distracted by other things and didn't know how many people would be hardcore enough to want this!

@Bunkier all of those parts have "HasMetal" and "Smeltable" tags, so I guess it should be possible to recycle them back to metal already.

here's to hoping the hidden condition status isn't too degrading to the gameplay because having to do proper order things is very nice. wondering if it's possible to progressively reveal condition dependent on "visible" parts
