Thanks for removing the walkthrough. Skatan! I like to take my time to look around to see what I need to solve the puzzle. Then I will take my time to find a solution and sometimes that can be a very long time, but I don't mind. A puzzle does have to make sense, have logic in it, although I may not always see it. For me it's the Eureka moment that counts, not the time I solved the puzzle.

SKatan, I don't think I cheesed it. I didn't need the connector beyond the turret in the temple (which was lucky cause I couldn't get it). Nor did I see what the fan on the left through the gate was for.

Nevermind, I made it into the temple!

With thrown back I mean I bumped into the fence and found my character and the cube in the same place. I could have known to jump, but didn't expect to jump from the cube when at its highest point. I did everything I could do once over the fence, juggled with all the switches, replaced the connectors, connected those and disconnected. The fence at the temple entrance did not lower. I'm trying to make sense of it all, but I can't. Too logical thinking?

When you fly on hexxie you can jump over the fence or over a wall.

Already tried that. Put the cube on the fan, jumped on the cube, turned on the switch. Thrown back! Still in the same area with the cube. Going to find my bed now. It's past my bedtime, almost 2.30am over here.

Easier said than done. I'm in the first area. There's a fan, a switcfh, both unusable because of the fence, and an energy field which I can't deactivate, because I haven't got the tools.

Altbert: To get into the temple you need to complete The Platform puzzle and use what you acquire from it. The ladder is just there to get the stars

OK, that worked. I like the way I have to find the right position to make the jump and from where.That, IMO, is a good improvement Now I have to find a way into the temple. I suppose I have to jump over the fence somehow, because I haven't found any other way to lower the fence.

But, I like it, even if I didn't like it before. Still have to get into the temple.

Altbert: In that case it works as intended Picking up the platform at this point is not the solution. At no point are you required to run from the turret. Also, I've added a guided jump for the statue, near the ladder. You don't need to jump from the smaller statues anymore.

Didn't make that much difference. The platform was again in front of the pressure plate, deactivated the turret. Picking it up activates the turret and even while running there's too little time to get out, but at least the platform wasn't stuck again. I still can't get the statue issue solved. I don't mind pretending I'm a goat, but the jumps should be doable for everyone, not only the masters/experts of this type of games.

Skatan: I've seen the update and will try again. Before the update: did two more tries and the platform landed before the pressure plate, picking it up activated the turret again, and I had to place it behind the small fence again to get the turret down. But, the platform didn't launch to the pressure plate left of the temple entrance. I will now download and try the last update.

Altbert: Yes, it seems you picked up the platform and somehow placed it under the cover. I've updated the map, so this shouldn't be possible again.

@Skatan: To the right of the turret, below the blue receiver is part of a pressure plate, vertically placed against the wall. Instead of the pressure plate there is sort of a fence that covers the inner parts of the pressure plate (without the red plate you normally stand on or place an object on). The platform is stuck between the small fence and the inner parts of the pressure plate, and can't be activated with. I will try to reset the level.

Altbert: All the puzzles are playable and should work as intended. How do you mean the platform is stuck? If you mean the turret shoots you when you try to take it, that's intended. If you mean you can't pick it up at all, I haven't encountered that, but maybe you need to reset the level.

I guess I could add footsteps, but there are just so many statues and multiple ways to reach the ladder already.

ineluctable_assasin: Thanks for telling me. Everything should be needed at some point, but maybe you found a way to cheese it.

Skatan - I finished it, but I didn't seem to need some of the stuff in the temple.

Well, the turret is down, I got the hexahedron out. put the platform in front of the fan, turned the fan on, and now the platform is stuck between a small fence below the blue receiver, and I can't get it out. I don't need hints, just a playable puzzle. I don't mind hard or very hard puzzles, even if I have to take a long time to solve puzzles. I am not very good at TTP puzzles, I still love those, but hate it when things don't work as intended. E.g. footsteps on the large statue to give you an idea if you are on the right position on the bird statue would be a great help.

Did anyone actually finish the whole map? My intention was to make it fairly easy, but maybe I failed. It's hard to assess the difficulty when you already know the solutions.
Also, just to make it clear. There's no need to ever put your feet (or hooves for all the goats out there) on the mountain. Maybe I should just fence it off?

If someone still needs help getting past the turret in The Platform puzzle, here is the full solution, since you need to finish this puzzle in order to enter the temple: Put the platform on the ground in front of the windows by the turret. Turn on the fan and watch it blow through the gap under the wall onto the pressure plate

Altbert: The ladder is just the way to reach the star on the statue. You can reach it by jumping up on the bird statue and then onto the big statue. I added the fan as an alternative since one person had issues reaching it.
About The Platform puzzle: Did you find the platform? It's on the statue next to the fan. That's to key to disable the turret (and also the key to enter the temple)

I decided to gif it another try. Took me about 40 minutes to get up the mountain and finally got the keys. Found a ladder at the left statue, but could jump high enough to reach it. Found the switch on the ground next to the fan, but that's useless since the large fence is blocking the way inside. The Platform is still a big mistery to me, I can't deactivate the energy field or the turret. Nothing to get inside, or do I have to find me a jammer somewhere around the structures?

Dang. Fighting goats is the worst. I think I've put a stop to most shenanigans now though.

This one is probably not for me. I see keys which I can't reach, a pressure plate under a big stone, energy gates I can't disable. I've been running around for a long time and just can't figure it out. I subscribed and unsubscribed.

I added an alternative method to get you most of the way to the star.

About the star You don't need to climb the cliffs at all. You just need to reach the device that is actually visible on the screenshot, but it's not on the statue one might expect. It shouldn't require more than a few jumps. Maybe the smaller statues could be of help to reach it?

I made it about 80% of the way up the cliffs on the right, but couldn't make it the final 20% to get to the top. Didn't find another path to it from there, but parkour isn't my thing so I possibly missed a better path.

The star is just parkour. Shouldn't be anything hard though, but I haven't had anyone test it for me. I could add a fan or some alternative way to get to it though if you think it's too hard to get to.

Is that star on the statue just parkour or is there a hidden fan?
