tomorrow game on.
I lost the siege the last 2 games after making it a bit too hard.
So I have added:
-More aesthetics
-Added some more reinforcements, and made all reinforcements come later than earlier versions after re-reading the history (the new reinforcements representing some Geonese in Gatala
sneakily joining the Greeks
-Decreased the time before the repeat invasions are switched off by a few months
-Added the fateful postern gate at the junction of the Blachernae and the Theodosian walls
-Added a couple emplacements in Blachernae for the player
-Added Galata
-Changed some topography
-Added new invasions to improve later game difficulty
-Added more allies to the north of the river to represent Giustianini
-Removed some starting goods
-Removed a few troops
Please Let me know what you think of the scenario and the balance!
- Decreased starting gold and stone
- It's definitely harder now, you'll need to quickly prepare the city for the siege and improve your economy.
Pro Tip: Don't let them fill in the moat or breach the inner wall!
How do you find the balance guys?
