Yes i did, and no i dont use godslayer mod, i use IEE tho, your wood elves mod works fine, also ai actually contruct in their settlement but only if it is a dark fortress (they construct it normally), or a minor settlement with a dark fortress in the province (only 1 buliding tho, not upgrading settlement to tier 2 or 3), in non dark fortress settlement, they dont even upgrade the settlement so its stays at ruin, amazing mod btw take your time!

It was a new campaign and I didn't change other mods since beginning.

I agree. I usually don't use overhauls like that or turn them off when I'm not playing the faction. Too much interaction with other mods... But I forgot this time and I'm too far advanced to turn back. I'm curious if others have experienced the same issue. Anyway, thanks again for your great mod!

I think I found something... I was besieging Tor Anlec and had a choice to sack it for 27k or take the city. The 1st time I took it outright and the city became an lvl 0 ruin unable to be upgraded. I reloaded to test the issue and sacked it instead. When I came back to take the sacked city, it was a chaos altar as intended. Maybe the problem is when a city is very valuable, the building conversion made by the mod isn't working?
I also tried to abandon the other ruins and take them back, but it seems once you make a city bug this way it's irreversible.

Thanks for pointing out the incompatible mod :steamthumbsup: I myself don't use the Mortau's Godslayer overhaul due to vast incompatibilities with *a lot* of mods and unfortunately for it - i use usually around 200+ mods so i gave up on it. I would suggest to play the Mortau's Godslayer overhaul only as player and without extra overhauls on top to experience what Mortrau cooked for Daniel, but when playing other factions - disable :steamsad:

Yes I do, then I suspect another mod has an interaction. I use no other mod changing WoC settlements, the only one I see is Mortau's Godslayer overhaul which I forgot to turn down. Anyway, if it works for you the problem is on my end. Thank you for answering and testing!

Thank you for this great mod, totally will be in my permanent mod list. I would, however, point out that some major cities are captured as ruins and can't be built anyhow. I went to Naggaroth with Be'lakor and both Ghrond and Hag Graef are concerned.

@Imperator Creid: No, not even Dark Fortress give any souls in main game, I already preserved all vanilla effects in remaining buildings available in all settlements. I might create a small custom building in separate mods adding souls to Warriors of Chaos, as this doesnt fit the theme of this overhaul. You can make a submod to this mod though and add souls :steamthumbsup:

Is it possible that the main chain in settlements yields small amounts of souls? Dying cultists in settlements also constitute souls that dark lords exploit

I mean minor factions like Khazag that are chaos undivided I think - thats awesome, im looking a long time for a mod that makes AI WoC properly engage in the campaign sandbox

You mean WoC single-god allign like Festus or Valkia (not confuse with Monogod faction like Kairos or Skarbrand) - yes all Warriors of Chaos are supported with this mod, all major, minor, undivided and divided. Player & Ai :steamthumbsup:
