I couldn't tell you exactly; I've seen it so many times on 25,000 different sites.

I simply changed the patches for the SCP mod, from which I had removed the required mod: "ACE," and then uploaded it.

They're from the SCP mod I uploaded months ago. I've just been changing the patches.

Soooo is this a retexture? Of a mod with no external deoendencies?
Cuz those models are not base game.
So either it retextures a mod that add those vests. (there fore it is missing dependencies)
Or you are adding those custom vests yourself (there fore it cant be "just a retexture" mod)
