Ultimate Vanilla works as the tile says works with a vanilla copy of the game, using for example DEI wouldn't work. Any combination that doesn't touch what my mods touch will be always compatible.

Hello again! I tried the mod, it's great for me. I actually want to try your other (combined) mods, but I'm not sure because they're incompatible with a few mods I'm currently using, and some of the combined mods didn't work in my game (causing crashes) when I tried them individually in the past. Anyway, thank you very much! 👍
