Really wish this mod didn't add so much. I love the other modules, but I can't use them without adding 50 new apparel, a dozen new crafting benches, a faction, a bunch of miscellaneous items, and having the whole trading system altered to work off of caps instead of silver. And on top of that there's not many options for players to customize their experience.

If this mod was more stable and error-free I wouldn't have an issue cherry picking out a lot of that, but it seems to not be right now and that sucks.

I'm having an issue where the Rivet City Security Helmet loads as a missing texture. Anybody know a fix? I love all the outfits! :Fistofdosh:

So for anyone having problems with world generation for me the root of the problem turned out to be World Map Beautification Project why no clue in hell but that what was causing headaches for me so far imma keep testing to see if it was something else but for now that's all i got.

For those getting map generation errors, for me it was the mod Gestalt Engine Continued that f'ed it up.

Just wanted to ask again, but are most of the techs supposed to be empty? Are some of them placeholder for other FCP modules? I would say 75% of the techs do not seem to have anything indicating that anything unlocks with them.

There are some problems with this mod, with which every character in the game, except the colonists, most often walks with a helmet of x-01 power armor.

Right, took me a while to narrow it down but I seem to be getting map generation errors when enabling this mod, as in it fails to generate a world (including dev test). I'm sure it's going to be a mod interaction thing rather than specifically just an issue with this mod (I'll try and narrow that down soon), but I thought I'd help others who might be scratching their head why world gen was broken even after disabling every world gen related mod!

Also thanks @Ranger Rick and company, it looks awesome and I appreciate all the work you guys have put into it - I can't wait to be trying it out soon!

I’ll look into the conflict. On the topic of the caps, it’s not going to change. I have caps as a currency for this fallout mod series since it’s an overhaul. You can easily remove the patch if wanted, but I won’t be changing it as I don’t see an issue with it.

On the other hand, regarding the use of caps as currency. In my opinion, the solution of KOTOR series is very useful. Silver remains the official currency. However, there is a new item, in this case credits, that can be used generally for trading. You also find this concept in the Fallout game itself. Caps are the official currency, but it is also very easy to trade with prewar money from your inventory.

Therefore, in the FCP series, silver could be kept as a currency, as in the original game, to facilitate integration with other mods. And then, capes could be used as an additional item, but with the clear intention of being used for trading (like gold, for example).

Just my opinion. Thank you very much for such a great series of mods!

For some bizarre reason, this mod plus VFE Tribals results in neolithic pawns spawning with power armour helmets.

There is still silver out there as a resource, still spawns and all just isnt the main currency anymore. Maybe in the future I’ll get a toggle, it’s just not set up for that atm.

Is it possible to have a toggle option to turn off caps so it's just silver again? It's conflicting with some of my mods, like Rim Quest. I suppose I could also spawn silver through Character Editor... love the mod so far, I absolutely love the flowers and I'm excited to see the animals.

@KawwaK that’s correct. It may not be the most convenient for you, but it is for me as this houses all the C# and main things needed for the mods. You can always cherry pick around it if needed. I don’t mod for tend to explain that I mod for myself first, and then the community second. Sorry for the inconvenience

so apparently, the patch you guys did made it worse, when i equip the helmet and armor, plus frame, i cant see the pawn command menu (yk what im talking about, where the draft is)

You could remove the patch, but no I don’t have a way to turn it off. A lot of the factions are based around this feature as I’ve always hated the fact that silver is a currency, I can look into possibly patching or if anyone here wants to patch for ve that’d be more likely.

the seller slingshot from Vanilla trading extended delivers silver, all the traders online traders of Meow use caps, and I have a bounty coming up that I can't tell if it uses caps or silver.

and so that feature just creates an annoying level of incongruity rather than like enhancing the experience.

Are there any known incompatibilities with this mod? Am going a bit crazy trying to hunt down the specific incompatibility on a big mod list.

Certain combinations of FCP Tools + a large mod list seem to result in something breaking horribly with the game's textures/GUI (either leading to the game being unable to load at all, or breaking the textures for pawns).

If I remove FCP Tools it always seems to work fine. But if I run FCP Tools by itself with no other rmods, it also seems to work fine (albeit with a few log errors). And I'm really struggling to narrow it down to any single mod that's incompatible (possibly it's some complicated interaction between FCP Tools + two other mods??)

Hello!

I love the idea of ​​this mod. However, when I activate it, the map stops loading properly. If I start a new game, no factions appear on the map or in the faction list. If I load a previous save game, it says some map elements can't be loaded and won't load into the game.

I have many more mods active, and they're working without issue so far. But I think some of them might be causing a conflict. What kind of mod could be causing the conflict?

For some reason there appears to be an invisible hair spawning in my game. It just produces a red x which covers the whole pawn's head. Looking at my logs, it appears to be "Vault Girl" hair, so I think it is from this mod?
