hunger multipler only to player? or to npc to?

I added all three modules and will create a new character into my brutal run. :))) I needed realism so badly to match my quench for immersion. Tahnk u very muchas gracias for this.

need disable drop health potions in loot box, i dont craft potions,and have 200 heal potions( just set drop rate to drop heal and mana pot
