You could at least ask the original poster if they were fine with this. As the mod is already uploaded to the steam workshop. and as it says the poster here is in Korea.

Here is is answer, just in case:
"Thanks for notifying us. I'm able to determine after going through the files that this was mostly likely someone taking the Nexus mods version and uploading it here. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming they didn't know the mod was already on here, though either way it's a pretty rude thing to do without my permission. I don't think it's a big deal though, I've reported it and am just going to leave it at that."

He already stated, that he reported it. You can find his answer to my comment on the first or second comment-page.

I mentioned it on the original Mod-Site and got an answer.
Apparently the mod can be downloaded from GitHub, too. And THIS version here is from there. It gets updates some time after the Steam version, so it will always limp behind the original.
The Author said, he doesn't really mind. But he thinks, that ... I don't know how to write their name ... THIS guy here could have asked at least, before posting someone elses work.
So if you want the newest version, just go to the link I posted and download the original.
