For everyone wondering, they quit pz, modding, and such. The low down is that they felt unappreciated and were upset that TIS would update something, break Rainmaker's mods, then the community of people who use the mods would run to Rainmaker demanding fixes (for free because modders don't make money). It grew exhausting and they decided their mental health was more important than modding. Their only mod still up has over 250k downloads and they don't wish to get their discord flooded with more angry people. At the bottom of that mod that is still up is their discord link if you don't want to trust a discord link from a random steam users in the comment section of a mod

https://discord.gg/VRMFRVux this is Rainmaker's discord. Their mods are pinned in the general-modding section. Just be warned that Rainmaker uses slurs in their public messages

My save wont load bc of the missing mods, anyone know the authors discord or where i can reload the mods to get my save up and running?

From what I gathered through briefly looking through the discord message they deleted all but that one mod because, as they said "Why would keep my stuff on a platform that deleted me?".

IDK why they left the firearms mod up, but reasons aside the original mod is available for download from their discord. I just grabbed it myself because my save relies on two of their mods.

That doesn’t really add up — another mod from the same author is still there, untouched. But this one (which the author has already deleted for the third time) disappeared again.

For those coming here looking for answers the author of the original mod was banned from Steam. If you still want to use their mods you can join their discord and find the files for them pinned in the #general-modding channel.

Yeah I guess we all landed here after searching for the mod after trying to load our saves, sorry for the spam but tbh it's the only place to discuss this. The author seemed quite disturbed for a while now seeing from the comments on her mods, probably removed the mod because people were acting ungrateful in her narcissistic perception, that's how it often goes with mod creators with such attitude, hope she gets help tho
