I'm not supporting ISIS in any way and this anthem, It's just more realistic with it with the insurgent forces, i have ISIS character for them so why not?

Go to custom folder inside insurgency, then after go to workshop folder and search 358786114 , copy the vpk and paste inside custom folder, this should work.

Do you waited it for download? After you subs a mod you'll have to wait until steam download it (In some computers it only download after entering the game one time) Make sure you dont have any other win sound mods too.

Guides, there is a lot of them explaning how to do it, well,to sum up, edit a the music you want to a short duration (this will be the duration on game) convert to wav and ogg ,find the file names and folders by GFScape and rename your music to the specific names them

Já sabe né? Converte com VTFEdit edita com photoshop e converte dnovo , renomeia os arquivos ,substitui, cria a pasta ,joga no vpk.exe e pronto! :D
