I presume this mod decides randomly hard sorts them in order in the formations instead of having them move the closest jet/plane to the formation points, if having them move to closest preset point could elimintate the destructions

Got here from Scrapman's video. If you could simply add a small input delay on following planes I think that would make flight look so much better! It might be a simple way to get rid of the stiff stick look.

For a further addition, the trailing craft should copy other key input so things like wheels can be raised.
