@Kimo' I don't use any biomes mods myself, and it loads without any errors.

@Kimo' I checked the XML file, and the LoadFolders already has this effect:

Hello, it seems that this mod attempt to patch Regrowth Aspen biomes even if it is not loaded, could you move that patch to a load folder so that it doesn't throw errors whithout the aspen biome please?

only tested two community mods: regrowth, MedievalOverhaul
