(You can kind of see what I mean in one of the GIFs, it shows how to load load the powder anyway)

To reload you need to load a spawned shell (press E on the spawner to spawn one/attach a fuse).
You load it by touching the breech, after it goes in (you will hear a sound), ramrod the loaded shell, then load the powder (again press E on the spawner to spawn one), ramrod the powder then fire.

ramrod may not work or do you have to load the shell manually (like gbombs)

Could you remove the X that closes the range box? Clicking it locks the player in an inescapable menu and the only way out is to disconnect or use the reload command.
