No, my guess is that you're perhaps playing with a lower quality setting or something. I never experienced that while playing normally.

It's not present on the promo artwork this mod is based on. Though i suppose the creator could make an alternate version of the mod if he desires so.

good model, but the shirt's collar dosn't flow cleanly, making it look like there's a second flat collar underneath the tall collar, or that the tall collar is connected to the jacket instead of the shirt
