Also (didn't saw your second answear until now) I did Hundreds of contraptions, tanks boats car trains planes etc, i just don't upload them, i have the right to chose so.

Also i downloaded this just to see...you made a fanart with 106 parts, chill dude don't act like made mona lisa "you can't know if you didn't made stuff""......i once made a boat with automatic stuff in it it was 600+ parts (before the game got laggy with updates, some years ago)
Some create mods that has code in it, i'm not saying what you did is BAD, i'm just saying chill out dude.

@oryp in my opinions mods are SO much better, contraptions are almost always laggy and mods can make something new happen for example new particles, events, some mods even contain CUTSCENES

@vovguss Your all bark and no bite. You have yet to make anything and post it and are judging someones creation without any reason. Mods are over saturated slop where anyone can go popular by making characters that don't do anything. Then ask to join their discord or pateron. If you really wanted to prove a point go make a mod and get front page.

@Bolt also, a little tip to make your contraptions less likely to bug out:

- when you attach resizable housing to stuff, i wouldn't recommend making it weightless as it can often cause it to bug out
- attach all resizable housing to the heaviest object, and do not attach it to anything else unless you absolutely have to

in your case i'd just attach all the resizable housing to the limb in question

of course though, since your hornet contraption seems to be quite small, the combined weight of the resizable housing may be a bit of an issue, though if you have the right tools, you can decrease the mass without making it absolutely 0


the above stuff will mean that spinning your contraptions or throwing them around or whatever causes stuff to usually bug out will be significantly less likely to happen

what is this fight creator vs mod lover lol but some mods are harder to make than this but i will say there is some good mods that uses almost no code and can be made yourself in 25 mins and this thing is harder than making like 50% of the mods on ppg yes there is some that takes weeks but those are the super good mods but you cant really attack someone for making something like whats your point mods are harder who asked ofc some mods are but not all i could make an mod faster than making this so just leave it vovguss theres no need to get mad at this its not a big deal lol

am i really need to proof why making modes is harder than putting pieces together? Besides HK charecters are easy to make, they are not detailed

i can, mods are objectievely better. its not so much detailed and theres no interactions with this. mods are better, itsjust a fact. they are harder to make

it's tedious to make detailed things in PPG, so show some respect (it's harder than it probably looks)

not to hate on those who create those kind of things but, i can't understand why it's so liked
i mean when i see a tank reproduction, a building/machine or even a mod i understand, but those things ? i mean it's art and GG to the creator for this don't get me wrong, but what do you do with it ?

you spawn it and...that's it ? i wouldn't have an issue with it if it was one or two of those in the workshop's front page, but Everything on the front page now is those kind of creations, just reproduction or pixelart-ish things from other games and you can't do anything with it but spawning it

also i'll say it again, i don't hate nor am i mad agains't the creators of those kind of things, GG to them for what they do, i just don't understand that those creations get on the front pages everytime but those who create complex machines and stuff wich can be used for hours get 0 likes :/
