报告翻译问题
I have removed the part of the Up Special description. Yeah it was outdated, I wrote Balcone's description like 2 months ago so I probably should have check for outdated info. Silly me.
As for the Side Special issue, THANKS A BUNCH FOR TELLING ME THIS, I had observed that Side Special sometimes doesn't hit for a while but never made the connection it was after a successful attack! After reading your comment I searched and immediately found the flaw in her code that causes this issue and fixed it. I might release her first patch in a bit! ^^

- With Balcone's Up Special description, it states that it restores their air dodge, but when trying to do so, it only restores their double jump. Was this possibly changed before release?
- There seems to be an issue with side special where if you land the move once, if you attempt to hit the move again, the move will completely miss the opponent despite the hitbox phasing through them. After "missing", the attack fixes itself and repeats this issue. Is this an intentional feature possibly to prevent side special spam?
So, to clarify: Balcone is a girl. A lady, even. She's a her.
