You can also use identical mods and enable strict synchronization and configuration. Then, the server will load a server set of mods and configurations for all players (we use this option because we have a server for a large number of players).
Спасибо за внимание к моей ситуации - на досуге, попробую создать сервер.

A simple problem, but took me a good while to figure out, posting it here in case it helps someone else later.
Okay, I'll add it later.
The mod adds the ability to play online. You can play with friends on your own server or connect to our public server (with our mods).
To run your own server, you need to download the .exe file from GitHub.
If you have any technical questions about your personal server or ours, you can ask them on our Discord channel.
1 OnlineCity does not affect pawns in any way. Only in the form of trading. Most likely, you created a conflict with third-party mods.
2 OnlineCity does not affect mods from Workshop. All mods that OnlineCity can download are located in the /Mods directory. And if you visit different servers, OnlineCity will remove and install the mods required by that server. BUT IT WILL NOT TOUCH WORKSHOP MODS.
This persists even after reinstalling game/mods and even when dubs hygiene is only mod active.
I'm at a loss what the issue could be.
