For those who are dying to death barriers I am terribly sorry. All the zones and scripts are set up correctly. It it a bug and it is very inconsistent. To try to avoid this, open the staircase doors on both sides of the main building and when you open a door, DO NOT sprint in immediately.

The map keeps killing me when I go through doorways. Is this a bug or intentional and I'm doing something wrong?
