The Cooldown Of Blink Doesn't Change. It is Base 3s and no upgrades or skill orbs affect it

The teleport is such a nice skill, it adds so much speed and fun, however right now it isnt worth leveling it because it will increase the cooldown and the damage just isnt worth it. Id change it so it has less cooldown per level.

Also the tiles are pretty cool but they dont aggro stationary enemies like towers, plants and even some bosses.
